Assisted Neutering Programme

Back

Our Assisted Neutering Programme is available to Staffordshire bull terriers ans Staffordshire bull terrier cross owners who live in Worcestershire and receive either Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit.

A local neutering programme will benefit the community by helping to reduce unnecessary pregnancies, litters and abandoned dogs. In addition a majority of dogs neutered at the correct age are happier and healthier. Happy Staffie Rescue believes the correct age for a dog to be neutered is from 6 months of age, allowing the dog sufficient time to mature naturally.

If we are able to help we will pay up to 75% for the procedure to have your dog neutered or spayed at a veterinary practice in Worcestershire.
